1. I’m having trouble with the application and I have mentioned it in my iTunes review, but the problem has still not been fixed
    The purpose of iTunes reviews is not to mention specific problems you might have for us to see and provide solutions for since we can not answer to them directly. For this reason we have created a forum for supporting our applications from the first day our application has gone live on the App Store.
  2. The application has synced the TV program but there are some channels missing from the application. What is wrong?
    When the TV schedule for a specific channel is not available, then that channel is not visible within the application. In cases like this, try and resync the application after a while, so that when the listing of the channel is added, it will be downloaded to the application.
  3. I don’t have NOVA. Can I hide NOVA’s show in the application?
    In the application settings, found within the device’s settings, is the option to hide channels by type (analog, subscription, digital)
  4. When is the TV schedule available for my device to download?
    The daily TV schedule is available everyday at 07:15 in the morning and includes all shows of the day from morning to next day morning, when the new TV schedule is available.
  5. It is after midnight. Is the TV schedule showing me tommorrow’s shows?
    The application always displays the TV schedule that is on TV and never the schedule of another day.
  6. The TV schedule on my device is from yesterday. What can I do?
    If you are sure that the TV schedule is from yesterday, then you can manually resync by tapping the sync button on the top left of the main screen of the application.
  7. The application indicates that a specific show is on a specific channel but actually there is a different show on that channel after all. Why does this happen?
    The TV stations have the right to change their daily schedule however they please, without warning or briefing us about the change.
  8. During application use, the sync is perfomed normally, but after a while a message pops up and when I press ‘OK’ the application quits.
    This behavior is only noticed by users that have not purchased and installed the application via the App Store. To resolve this issue please purchase and install the application from the official App Store.
  9. I have upgraded my device’s firmware and since then the application does not function properly.
    The application has been tested with all firmware releases available up to date. However, if your problem is not mentioned here, then please visit our forum for application support
  10. Why doesn’t Greek TV Guide alert me when a show that I have marked as ‘favorite’ is about to begin?
    This feature will be added in a future application update.
